The start of the Rio Olympics reminded me that it was four years ago that I made a video with the Gold Medallist David Hemery to encourage companies to make the most of the business opportunities presented by the London Games.
I also made a brochure called Simply the West - to highlight the great attractions we have in this area, not to mention world class athletes, who will be challenging for top honours again this time in Brazil.
